On Saturday (June 15th) the best start-up ideas for electromobility were in the spotlight at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg. As patron of the start-up award, Minister of Transport Winfried Hermann MdL recognized the ideas with the most entrepreneurial spirit. The competition was part of the second e4 TESTIVAL. The consumer fair on the Hockenheimring is a showcase for innovations in the field of electromobility and enables all visitors to experience e-mobility and its suitability for everyday use in the truest sense of the word.

On the occasion of the award ceremony to the winners, Minister Hermann said about the e4 TESTIVAL:

“I am impressed by the variety of interesting and sometimes unusual projects that come together here. Many innovative ideas and entrepreneurship in the field of electromobility contribute to the continued development of sustainable and environmentally friendly transport concepts. I am enthusiastic about the experience factor on this traditional race track. All visitors have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest technical developments in the field of electromobility and to drive e-cars, e-bikes, e-scooters themselves – unlike races, it is surprisingly quiet on the track. The Ministry of Transport is very happy to support this award. “
